To improve the quality of servicing the suburban passengers of Irkutsk Region, a standard project of a suburban pavilion of modular and demountable types has been developed. The analysis of class IV railway stations and suburban pavilions was carried out. The analysis showed that at the moment in Irkutsk Region there are 35 railway stations and 12 suburban pavilions. Most of the existing pavilions need partial or complete reconstruction. Requirements are given for the design of suburban pavilions.
Taking into account the capacity of the suburban pavilion (100 people), a layout of the premises has been developed. Based on the calculated area, a project has been developed for a suburban pavilion of modular and demountable types. To install a modular type pavilion, 5 block-containers with dimensions of 6×2.5×3 m are required. To install a suburban pavilion of a demountable type, 35 sandwich panels for walls (3×1.15 m), 9 sandwich panels for the floor (7.21×1.15 m), 9 sandwich panels for the ceiling (7.21×1.15 m) and 9 sandwich panels for the roof (7.21×1.15 m) are required.
To select the optimal variant, the cost of the pavilion project of two types has been calculated. Based on the calculation, it was concluded that the project of a suburban pavilion of a demountable type has the minimum cost.
