Аннотация: 

The article presents a methodology of assessing the durability of the elements of turnout switches of project 2750 and their elements on a reinforced concrete foundation, which is based on the use of data from operational tests of turnout switches on the Trans-Siberian Railway during the life cycle. The results of studies of the parameters of the life cycle of the project 2750 turnout switches on the O-N section are presented separately for the first and second tracks having different traffic intensities, with the distinguishing of the turnout switches lying at the dispatching cross-over tracks, along which trains follow mainly in a straight direction with set speeds and on branches of receiving and departure tracks with a speed of no more than 50 km/h. It follows from the research results that the resource of the project 2750 turnout switches on a reinforced concrete base is 3 times more than the standard operating time. The average service life of the metal parts of the turnout switch on the 1st track is 6.5 years on average and 760 million tons of gross accumulated operated time of tonnage, and on 2 tracks, respectively, 8 years and 640 million tons of gross accumulated operated time. The crosspieces of the 1st track serve about 1 year, and those of the 2nd track – 1.5 years. On the basis of the data obtained, a model of the life cycle cost of the turnout switch was constructed. At the same time, it is assumed that the life cycle of the turnout switch begins with a major overhaul (O) and continues until the next turnout switch overhaul. In the interim, works on the replacement of the worn out and defective elements of the joint venture, grinding the elements, adjusting the rail track according to the gauge and level are carried out.
